Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Fliqzy Studio for any services. These terms govern our relationship and protect both parties throughout our engagement.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access our services.
Services
Fliqzy Studio provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Payment Terms
All engagements require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files or access are handed over. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. We accept payments in INR, USD, and GBP.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Fliqzy Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the creation of your project.
Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately. Any changes that materially alter the project scope will require a written amendment to the original agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business details, and project specifications as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Fliqzy Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. The deposit is non-refundable if work has commenced. Any assets created up to the termination date will be transferred upon receipt of payment for completed work.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
