Refund Policy

We stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations in a fair and transparent manner.
Deposit Policy
All project engagements require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers the initial discovery, strategy, and planning phases. Once work has commenced, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date at our standard hourly rate. Any amount paid beyond the work completed will be refunded within 14 business days. The deposit is always retained regardless of the cancellation timing.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be requested if: (1) Fliqzy Studio fails to deliver the agreed project within a mutually extended deadline, or (2) the final deliverables fundamentally do not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project brief. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the triggering event.
Revision & Dispute Process
Before a refund is considered, we require that you allow us the opportunity to address any concerns through our standard revision process. We are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations and will work diligently to resolve any issues. Refunds will only be considered after good-faith attempts to resolve disputes have been exhausted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable: the 50% initial deposit, third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registration, stock assets, software licences, hosting setup), completed milestone payments that have been approved by you, and rush fees or expedited delivery charges.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment.
Maintenance & Retainer Services
Monthly maintenance or retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
